Pros

It was a job to pay the bills

Cons

They acquired the towanda facilty very shady.. They came in and ripped everybody's pto and pay model. They had zero respect for their employees. The owner/ ceo brooks/Kelly Dame wouldn't even acknowledge people in the mill nor did they ever formally introduce them selves.

Pros

Positive atmosphere and good culture at first

Cons

When terminating for no documented reasons, claimed it was for poor performance most likely to avoid paying severance. No 90 day progress review and no documented shortfalls resulted in termination without warning or any performance plan
