Pros

Great health care benefits Tons of independence although your tracked via GPS. Can start day within reason when you want however work has to be completed each day.

Cons

Company pays below "entry level" wages for this position. On top of that, New co policy takes 75% of your days pay away when they can't ship your order! It happens more than you would think. They also manage for example by threatening you'll lose 25 % of your day service pay if merchandise standard is subpar or in- stock percentage is not 100%. I make LESS now than when I started!
