Pros

Small enough that you can get like you can make a difference. Headquarters location is great which is the only reason they can hold onto anyone decent.

Cons

Large and old enough that you really can't. They continually strip away benefits from their employees and their raises are a joke that are almost always in the 2-3% range. They haven't paid a bonus in two years and their new bonus structure makes it seem like they don't really intend to bring it back, even though it's presented as a part of your compensation package that you are likely to get.
