Upper management make decisions with out knowing field constraints and challlenges

Hybrid work option, great benefits, high level execs are approachable and transparent

Cons

Mid level, local management from the acquisition still manages the old way resisting full change which hinders team morale. Not the Woolpert I signed up to work for.
