Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your thoughts and feedback! We are thrilled to read you enjoy our flexible time off plan and feel you are well compensated! As you know we place a strong emphasis on our Company culture, so it's great to see you feel it's progressive and you enjoyed it! As we continue to grow our firm, Company structure sometimes needs to expand, as teams get larger and we either need to break them down to smaller teams or bring in Team Leads. We are placing a strong emphasis on Career Planning & Performance Management this year and will be having more discussions around various paths our professionals may take, so thank you for noting that! Thank you for your contributions to Woolpert!

Pros

I have worked a lot of places over my career, both publicly traded and private companies, and Woolpert is hands down one of the best. There is a good mix of long tenured employees and relatively new hires, and everyone is so welcoming and truly want to help you as you are onboarding. Culture is so important and is truly valued at the highest level of the organization. The benefits are really good compared to some other places I have worked and the flexibility in working, whether location or time off, is progressive.

Cons

Woolpert has gone through significant growth over the past few years, so some processes and tools are still catching up. But I would expect that at any company that has grown at the rate Woolpert has.
