Pros

The People are definitely #1. I love everyone I work with just like family. Opportunities are there if you work hard and play the game.

Cons

Core values of the company are not fully expressed by upper management. Career support / mentorship / guidance / training is almost non-existent. To get ahead you have to educate yourself and use try/fail/hand slap method from management. Expectations on how to succeed aren't always clear Pay disparities are huge. You have to leave and come back to make a commensurate salary because raises for promotions and performance are not good.

Very "Red" Company Culture

Pros

Flexibility to work remotely, benefits are decent and there is opportunity for growth.

Cons

Teams are spread out; leadership is changing a lot and it's hard to really get guidance on things. Org maturity is not there either even though they've been in the industry a long time, there are some significant growing pains.

We have been very purposeful to create a workplace and culture that is inclusive of all people. The global reach of our business expands our awareness and sensitivity to DEI and the many cultures and cognitive diversity that make us an industry leading firm. Our inclusion and diversity network that extends to employees, clients, and partners has enabled Woolpert to truly grow as a company. We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and so it remains a key company focus. As far as a “red culture” this is simply inaccurate. As we expand our business and look to those that embrace our industry, we meet with lawmakers and candidates across both party lines to showcase what Woolpert has to offer. We do not endorse any political position or party.
