Pros

Woolpert has an amazing culture and really puts forth the best effort to improve each year on policy, processes, and procedures. The organization as a whole is amazing and they value feedback. The work-life balance is amazing the company as a whole supportive. Also Scott the CEO is amazing along with the executive leadership team.

Cons

The 360 evaluation feedback form is "lackluster " at best, and needs considerable improvement. Its more of a 180 feedback and doesn't take into consideration the whole picture of an individuals performance. This is especially true when supporting people across multiple departments. The below, meets, and exceeds expectation rating on the 360 feedback from permits inconsistent feedback amongst employees and promotes an atmosphere of turnover. I've seen really good people leave based on "inconsistent" feedback from the 360 evaluation forms when supporting people across multiple departments. It's almost like failing a test in school for making an 85 on a test. You passed but you're still not good enough.

Pros

Pay Check. Location was near my house.

Cons

Work place looks like a cheap cubicle designed by a bad engineer. No marketing. Everyone you work with has a different boss that works in a different city. Conflicting goals set for team members that restrict any kind of collaboration.

Woolpert has over 30+ offices across the U.S. and Canada. While each has their own unique design, the office culture promotes teamwork and collaboration. We are proud of our Marketing team’s efforts to support our company brand. We evaluate the needs of the offices regularly, and take into consideration employee satisfaction with their environment through surveys. To support our people managers and employees, we provide training to improve collaboration and communication, aligning it with the organizational structure and geographical reach.
