      High turnover (due to people graduating) Not staffed enough to reach full potential.

      The hours are really flexible and they work around my busy schedule. As a student there, it made it easy to find time to work.

      Cons

      The pay is not great and there are a lot of students that have the job due to work study. Other than that it was helpful.
