Cons

Pay is very low for the amount of work and responsibilities you have Depending on hire date, they make you wait over a year to take vacation time There is a huge difference in amount of vacation time depending if your position is exempt vs. non exempt Depending on the department you work in you may not be located on campus and have to go to campus to attending meetings which you have to drive your own car to
