Pros
Warm, tight knit community with easy communications to the top and laterally Great opportunities to be innovative and recognized for your contributions Very easy to be considered for another position within the university WPi students and faculty are so brilliant and talented, down- to-earth, , it's a wonderful environment
Cons
Fiscally very smart and conservative, but raises do not keep up with insurance increases alone. Administration is placing new focus in "corporate engagement model." This has already placed some people in strategic roles who do not seem student focused but corporation- focused. Has many people on faculty and staff concerned.
