Great retirement plan, great benefits, and plenty of vacation time right off the bat. Excellent new rec center is free to employees. After three years, free tuition for you and your family.

Cons

There is not much room for advancement, and the pay is marginal at best, without much hope of a raise or bonuses.

those on the hill need to reconsider their purpose, fast - they are out of touch. the clear decline due to their incompetencies is really unfortunate for out present, future, and past student body.
