      Above average pay, but poor upper management support

      Pros

      Above average base wage. Professional middle mangment.

      Cons

      Poor upper leadership and HR. The company will make any excuse to prevent wage and benefit increases. I have been bait and switched multiple times by the company and managment. Hard work on the ground level often goes unnoticed. Upper managment is disassociated. Poor 401k match (however has improved). The company will not support their employees a cent past legal requirements which is bad because many employees work in states with light requirements.

      Some good people have worked there.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs. Untrustworthy HR. Unresponsive HR. They ignore multiple emails and then say they monitor response times. It's a joke. They say they are adding more training, but they got rid of the training team. Now, it's just incompetence in corporate roles
