      They pay extremely well to make up for the unfairness in their treatment of employees.

      Cons

      Unequal treatment of employees. They have their favorites and once you've fallen from grace in their eyes there is no return.

Here at WorkCare, we are actively working on improving our modes of organization-wide communication. We have introduced HR Connect Meetings where employees can attend a live event for up-to-date information and also an employee hub that hosts information for HR needs. We plan to launch more communication outlets! We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our Company.
