      Clear positive intent of management even when it doesn't always go to plan Amazing mission and vision Great value system Great recognition programme Can make mistakes and learn without fear of job loss Really invested in building and working environment for staff

      Usual growing pains of a middle to large expanding company Career Development opportunities without ceilings Generally very few cons

      Pros

      Extremely helpful colleagues, great tech support and office space, fantastic recognition programme that makes me feel genuinely valued.

      Cons

      Would like more all-company updates/meetings and to hear directly from the CEO, especially in the Dublin office.

      Great Company, Getting Better

      Clear purpose to make workplaces more human - just like at Globoforce Interesting work on new and existing products Good people, great culture where efforts are recognised and appreciated Successful Irish business with great customers Appetite for improvement

      Cons

      Sometimes too conservative eg. adopting new technologies Roles and expectations should be clearer
