Cons

Overhired in sales and marketing to grab market share. Offered base salaries over the industry standard. Realized they had overhired and conducted four layoffs in two years.

Pros

-Pay and benefits -Recognition platform with lots of products similar to an amazon. As you do great work and get noticed, you receive points to buy. I bought a Bose Soundbar, airpod headphones and over $1,000 worth of giftcards in just 10 months. -BDR managers are hands on and in the best way; they are in the grind with you and will make sure you get to quota even if they have to help you prospect. 10/10. -Framingham office is elite with tons of food and snacks

Cons

-Executive leadership is a bit scrambled. They're all highly competent but with a lackluster plan -Culture takes a hit with so many remote/hybrid roles. In this career, it's more fun to be in office with your peers
