Pros

I joined the company after working in a much larger organization, and the contrast has been incredibly refreshing. The culture here is dynamic and entrepreneurial, with a genuine appreciation for initiative and creativity. There’s a strong sense of autonomy—you're trusted to own your work, bring new ideas to the table, and see them through. One of the things I value most is that your voice matters. Leadership, including senior stakeholders, is approachable and open to feedback. Contributions are not only recognized but often amplified. It’s a place where visibility is high, and the work you do has a real, tangible impact. The pace can be fast, but it comes with the excitement of building something meaningful. It’s a great environment for anyone who wants to stretch themselves, learn across functions, and be part of shaping the company’s growth story.

Cons

Pace and ambiguity can be challenging: The fast-moving nature of the company means things can shift quickly. It’s exciting, but it may not be ideal for those who prefer more structure or predictability. Wearing multiple hats is the norm: While this provides great learning opportunities, it can sometimes stretch your bandwidth or blur role clarity. Less hierarchy, more self-direction: The autonomy is a plus, but if you're used to clearly defined roadmaps and top-down direction, the self-starter mindset here might take some adjustment.
