Pros

We have flexible hours and for the most part, people really care about their co-workers. Most people are eager to do good work and it is very collaborative.

Cons

Turnover among sales effects everyone. You have to be a joiner to enjoy it - its not the type of place where you will be happy if you want to just come in, get your work done and go home.

I find that the company goes out of its way to make sure that all of its employees know that they are appreciated and valued.

Cons

No real downside. They compensation is good and they frequently surprise the staff with added value and appreciation for company milestones.
