Pros
Very receptive to feedback and information, genuinely want to become a better company. Pay well, good level of responsibility. Very fair, no expectation to work long hours. Understanding of attending appointments, etc. during working hours. No lip service, genuinely follow through. Mental health week included 2 extra days off, not just talking about doing some meditation in your own time.
Cons
Genuinely none, I left because I was emigrating.
