Pros
Everyone wants to help everybody else. There are a number of times I have had help from others to accomplish my goals. It makes me want to jump in and help my peers out as well. It's a true team culture. This also helps drive innovation in the company.
Cons
There really aren't any. I know that sounds unrealistic, but the culture is one of support for one another, and that to me overshadows any weaknesses. I'm also a half full kind of person. If this positive environment is what you want, this is what you get.
