Empowerment not only from your direct department but senior management Company relationships are fostered through mutual trust and respect Many "entry" level positions are springboards for promotional opportunities - there is plenty of room for growth Almost all employees are genuine and happy to see others succeed EVERY person is valuable within the company

Cons

So much food, get ready to gain weight. The company is growing quicker than ever, if you don't like a fast-paced environment or taking initiative, this is not the place for you.

The best culture and overall working experience I've ever had! This company truly practices what they preach. How could you not love to work for a company that specializes in employee appreciation.

Cons

I still have not found anything that I would consider a flaw. My commute is the worst part, but very worth it.

Pros

Everyone wants to help everybody else. There are a number of times I have had help from others to accomplish my goals. It makes me want to jump in and help my peers out as well. It's a true team culture. This also helps drive innovation in the company.

Cons

There really aren't any. I know that sounds unrealistic, but the culture is one of support for one another, and that to me overshadows any weaknesses. I'm also a half full kind of person. If this positive environment is what you want, this is what you get.
