      Pros

      Workhuman is by far the best company I have worked for. This company is filled with fantastic people, who support an amazing culture of inclusion, innovation, and respect. This is a place where I feel that I can share my ideas and opinions without fear of judgement. I feel supported by my management team and peers across all departments. We are growing quickly, which of course can bring growing pains - but management is transparent about changes, our company goals, and where we are headed. I feel really excited about the future of this organization, and all the things we will accomplish together.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con - but with our rapid growth, there is a lot of change. I think the changes help us stay agile and competitive in the market, but change can be hard for some.

      Pros

      I've been here for just over a year and would highly recommend Workhuman as an employer. The people are fun, smart, hard-working and supportive. The culture is amazing and the opportunities endless!

      Cons

      If you're not comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is not the place for you. In addition, you must be comfortable in an organization that is constantly growing and changing.

      Pros

      - Strong sense of community - Career growth & development is heavily supported - Flexible, comfortable atmosphere - Very sincere HR group; they listen and take action - Diversity & Inclusion is acknowledged - I believe this company is overall extremely fair

      Cons

      - Unfortunately favoritism/"loud voices" exist - Open concept office is definitely difficult but the ability to work from home or book a room helps - Growing pains; not terrible but you must keep up with the new pace of things here
