      Pros

      Great company, great vision, meaningful work. Product is not being innovated as quickly as the competition, which is causing pressure from the outside, but I trust the many new leaders will right the ship, and get things back on course.

      Cons

      The CEO is the founder, and is still very much the leader and therefore his projects and initiatives can often divert resources from critical other work, which ultimately doesn't prove to serve much in the market, i.e. WHC for Teams, and MoodTracker.
