- worst place I ever worked, they don't "work human " at all , would give 0 stars if possible

Cons

- No onboarding guidance outside of the overall company - Not inclusive of minorities - manager was discriminating against me - HR team did not back me up - growing way too fast - 0 processes in place

There are some people who are genuine, but the general population is not driven towards helping the customers succeed

Cons

They don't practice what they preach. Upper management does not respond to new ideas and certainly does not reward successful behaviors.

Pros

There are many people at Globoforce who believe in the company mission and are very good and kind -- unfortunately, none of those people are in positions of power and/or influence. Most of the influencers at the company are two-faced, back-stabbing and self-centered. It's too bad for those who work there and really care.

Cons

The good people are few and far between.
