Pros

You can get vouchers from time to time when managers want to compensate for overworking you.

Cons

Poor training, unrealistic Q.A targets, no clear career path, fake culture of positivity, very poor work/life balance, high staff turnover, fast paced, too much work/pressure for too little money.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The employee experience is important to us, and we continue to identify and tackle opportunities that exist to adapt and improve our culture, particularly as we try and design new ways of working that reflect the environment we have today. Providing training and development opportunities for our employees is a top priority for us. In fact, one of our top hiring sources has been internal promotions and career mobility. I have an open-door policy, and invite you, and any other employees, to discuss your feedback with me directly, as that is the best way to be heard and to address your concerns directly and in confidence.

Thank you for your feedback, we are always grateful when our employees, both past and present, take the time to share feedback on the improvement items they would like to see, as it demonstrates their belief and confidence in our intention to do the right thing and our willingness to respond and improve. Like any fast-scaling organization, we are continuing to address the challenges of technical debt as well as delivering innovation across our products, which all contribute to an exciting and evolving technology environment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Feeling stuck in your career can be frustrating, and we're sorry to hear that was your experience. Career growth is an area we continue to invest in as our business evolves. We're building stronger internal mobility and career development frameworks aligned to our new skills-based job architecture, with the goal of creating greater clarity around growth opportunities and career paths across the organization. We also recognize that development doesn't always mean promotion. Meaningful growth can take many forms, including expanding skills, taking on new challenges, gaining broader experiences, and pursuing opportunities across teams. Our focus is on helping employees build long-term careers while ensuring advancement decisions are fair, transparent, and aligned to business needs. We appreciate your perspective and hope you see the value in the programs we will be rolling out through 2026.
