His passion shows in the amount we invest in our Workhuman Live event, encompassing critically important topics. Never lacking for interesting challenges and opportunities to contribute in new ways. Opportunities to create your own job, define new areas we need as we grow.

Fast growth makes maintaining culture over time more difficult, especially with layers of management

Not even one because your colleagues that put up with the culture are complacent with it.

Cons

By far the most toxic place and leadership I’ve ever witnessed. If I wrote here some of the things that have happened to me as a result of working here you wouldn’t believe me. So let’s stick to facts. You will be forced to falsify Kpis. Nobody knows what happens to customers charity donations. You will be focred to provide factually incorrect information to customers. If you don’t provide the incorrect information you will fail quality assurance and get put on a performance improvement plan. The other reviews mentioning toxic workplace are correct. Narcissistic abuse, gaslighting and bullying are all part and parcel of working at Workhuman
