Great colleagues but challenging work meaning and client dependency

1. Was hard to find meaning in the work that I did 2. Dependency on a few clients meaning losing them would mean a big hit on revenue.

Good recognition rewards but depends on department you're in. Food, gym.

Cons

Restrictive, no ability to support ideas and move forward with them. If you have an idea that's all it will be. 20 year old tech.
