Appreciative culture with great perks, but location lacks charm

Pros

The culture of recognition is something I truly appreciate and don’t take for granted. I feel seen and valued for the work I do, and that makes it much easier to speak authentically about the impact of recognition with clients and prospects. The additional perks, like free food and a great gym, are also a really nice benefit.

Cons

Park West is not considered one of the stronger areas at the moment. There have been very few promotion opportunities recently, performance ratings feel unclear and somewhat subjective, and we’re not seeing many visible career growth opportunities.

Pros

People are great, culture is amazing, people support you on your projects and you get to work on many exciting things over time. Food in the Dublin office, and free parking. Their employee recognition program is great and you feel appreciated with it over time, and not only that - but you get extra money in your pocket to spend! I'm very happy to work here so far!

Cons

Leadership is a mess. CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems like leaders/C-suite of this company are not aligned, which makes things difficult for everybody else.
