Pros

Good salary, nice perks (especially the points earned), 100% remote for engineering. People are very friendly.

Cons

Too much manual process, large (very large) legacy codebase and many tech debts. As a mobile developer most of the time you will realise the company has a mobile last culture.

Pros

Energy, people, atmosphere, culture etc are all good as well they should be seeing as that's what we're selling.

Cons

Lots of growing pains. Lack of structure, unclear strategy, changing priorities, no standard operating procedures, inflexibility in a lot of ways. Also pay is sub-par for work being done.
