Pros

Nice looking office, some nice people

Cons

- horrible product, waaay behind their competitors. - fake positive environment (toxic) - stressful environment - volatile management - legacy technologies - dinosaurs every where - they look open for changes but they are not (don't let them fool you for this) - hypocritic management - managers only job is to leave emojis on slack messages - w.o.k.e.

Business Outlook

Pros

Great culture and employees, positive outlook, and strong sales/performance in a niche market they have pretty much created and defined.

Cons

Very slow to implement changes or keep up with the similar tech companies employee benefits yes the R&R is great, unparallelled even but there are lots of gaps and omissions that it makes up for.
