      The culture is generally positive, with friendly, inclusive, and collaborative people who genuinely try to help each other

      Cons

      Business decisions often feel reactive, shortsighted, and aimless, largely due to inexperienced leadership. When more seasoned leaders with diverse experience join, the company tends to resist change—even when it’s clearly for the better—which leads us to repeat the same mistakes.
