      Great company

      Pros

      Workiva has a excellent culture and leadership. The company heavily invests in developing strong solutions allowing us to continue to grow as employees.

      Cons

      Over the years there have been many bad hires at every level of the org but especially in mid tier leadership. The positive spin is that our C suite will move quickly to fix the situation, but its still too often we hire people that have no meaningful exprience in the industry and that always leads to issues. Recently there are been more promoting from within the Org and that has improved things.

      Great company, some orgs need help

      Pros

      Incredible CEO and COO Genuinely liked most people I worked with Product is great I'm truly proud to say I worked here Pretty encouraging of innovation from the top (can depend on your org)

      Cons

      Some org's middle management (such as Client Services) weren't well architected and are largely overlooked. Some old tech decisions that have haunted us, were continually re-invested in.
