      Not a "great place to work"

      Pros

      Truly exceptional platform that listens to what their customers want.

      Cons

      They don't post all of their jobs online and will sporadically create roles for people to be promoted to. Overall, there are limited promotional opportunities available. Some managers are seriously lacking in management/people skills. One manager openly talked poorly about other people in the company, does not hold the entire team to the same standards and plays favorites. HR was not helpful and is 110% there for the company and not the employee. I was told that they were "so pleased you've been here for x number of years but it doesn't matter what you've done here..."

      Great company

      Pros

      The management is amazing. Very motivated, but also understanding of employees. The CEO in particular encourages everyone to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Lots of interesting and exciting projects to work on.

      Cons

      No 401k match, and no unlimited vacation (though my experience with management is they are pretty flexible on vacation).

      Great benefits, remote friendly, nice offices,

      Cons

      Executive management selling stock. No 401k match. Focus is more on beating the street than helping customers. No clear career paths. Some departments are far from “best in class”.
