Shifting leadership causing pivots consistently

- There are individuals in mid-level and senior-level management positions who have been promoted internally with little to no prior management experience. Some of these promotions have observably been the result of internal politics and not based upon the merit and capabilities of the individuals. This is not true in all cases, but enough to create noticeable problems. Although this in itself can be remedied by quality internal training and development, the lack thereof makes this the most significant "Con". This issue is most notable within the Customer Success department. - Little to no transparency into day-to-day work, which results in effectively no accountability. - No apparent action taken from 360 manager reviews.
