My job continually pushes me to approach things in a non-traditional manner in order to find new and better ways to achieve results. I love that. I have a lot of ability to make recommendations and my team and leadership listen to what I have to say. The culture and environment is supportive, innovative, and fun.

Cons

No 401k match. The ESPP is not a substitute for this. The G&A functions are the last to hear about things and are often sent into a reactive tailspin to support/deliver what other departments have already said they're going to do.

First and foremost Workiva has an amazing product in Wdesk! Workiva has an outstanding culture and fosters and environment that allows people to stretch themselves professionally. Innovative, fast-paced problem solving is common among all teams. Great work/life balance and flexibility! Excellent facilities and access to loads of tools and resources. Heavy emphasis on employee learning and development!

Cons

Things sometimes move too fast. Takes a while to get up to speed with all of the technology and collaborative work style.
