Pros

Friendly and down-to-earth coworkers, grateful and happy customers, plenty of autonomy, strong internal communications, commitment to positive and progressive culture. There has been noticeable improvement on aligning department and company-wide goals. The headquarters in Ames is lovely and the cafeteria is AMAZING. Workiva's solutions are also essential for so many businesses, specifically public companies, so that offers some level of stability.

Cons

Workflow efficiency and process documentation and automation could be improved within the marketing organization. Often times long-time employees (there are a lot of them!) get things accomplished through back-channels without a defined process, this can make it difficult to scale initiatives.
