      My team and everyone that I met has been very welcoming! It is evident that the company culture is strong and the work environment is focused on making sure the employees are well taken care of.

      Pros

      Free snacks, flexible, not micro managed like most companies but that’s to be expected as they are a smaller company that is still growing slowly

      Cons

      Lack of communication and training. Management just throws people on the floor and expects them to know it all just like that. Management hardly gives positive feedback on the work you’re doing and instead focuses on what you’re doing wrong

      Pros

      I've worked for several companies since Workiva and Workiva was more pro than con. I genuinely thought about going back several times. Healthcare, benefits, people are all really good. This company has good morals

      Cons

      lack of movement and need in the market but definitely wish I would have stayed longer.
