Constant territory and account changes, hard to sell the the "platform" solution message to customers and potential customers. Still many challenges that need to be addressed. Big turnover by many in the sales department both voluntarily and involuntarily. No loyalty except for those that have been there since the beginning. They tend to get taken care of much better by upper management. Limited career growth potential
