      Amazing company culture, great product, caring management, growing internal education/skill growth opportunities. Fast-paced with always new things to work on. Good pay, yearly bonuses, and amazing internal restaurant.

      Emerging from some growing pains after going public, especially mid-management; however getting better and they are aware of the challenges and actively addressing them.
