Pros

There are no Pro's.

Cons

Over promise under deliver. No 401K match, way too many growing pains. Workiva screams Start up. If you enjoy working in a large corporate environment for a well established firm in technology look the other way. If you're in sales and unless you are certain you will inherit a good book of business .... RUN.

Pros

Sharp executive team/founders. Truly humane and people-focused company. Great benefits, world-class HQ facility in Ames with gym, basketball half court and squash court, yoga/spinning room, locker rooms/showers, surrounding area is great for bicycling/running, and golf courses nearby. Easy commute from north Des Moines area, but ability to work remotely on a regular basis if you're good at it.

Cons

Evolving from a start-up to a public company is tough. Growing pains every where, but the company definitely has the resources, talent and wherewithal to meet those challenges.
