Pros

-Relaxed Environment -Great Product that feels innovative -Upper management encourages positive morale -Customers love the product -Company makes sure you are well fed & spares no expense with recreational activities -You will become a SAAS professional and will drastically improve your demo abilities with advanced software to C level executives

Cons

-As a new sales rep, they put in language to be able to recover the last month of your new hire draw after you get out of training although your offer letter will say NOTHING about this. It acts like a loan that you partially have to pay back. -Comp plan for Sales reps EVERY QUARTER. Every quarter you have to go through with a keen eye to catch any suspicious sales non-friendly quirks. -Product is beloved within existing SEC customer base, but extremely challenging to sell outside of existing customer base. Growth to upsell existing customer base is very low revenue -extremely challenging sales process to execute a sale through poor use of CRM process and legal contracting for every single sale. Yes that's correct, you have to execute an entirely new contract amendment even for a hundred dollar sale. -not yet developed a career path for most sales positions. -New sales groups are often put together as exploratory but seldom succeed and people lose their jobs unlike what they tell you in the interview process where they make sure they keep people if the role doesn't take off. -Territories have a low cap on number of accounts you can have, and they are often over saturated with calls & emails daily from several other sales group. -frantic management at end of quarters, and will micromanage every sales opportunity.
