      Tech, laid back, inclusive, international culture. Possibility to move ahead with your career. Solid company, solid financials. Public company. Company cares about its employees.

      Cons

      You feel appreciated and taken care of until strategy changes, management changes, or market changes. When you are no longer needed, it feels like you are dropped like a bag of potatoes and kicked out as fast as possible,

      -Great colleagues who all share the same culture and vision for the company - flexible working - office is available for those who want to use it - Nice perks such as medical insurance, dental cover and Maternity/Paternity leave.

      Cons

      -The pay isn’t benchmarked to what other companies may be offering.
