Pros
Terrific leadership that listen. I appreciate that management is for the the most part humble and willing to let those with ideas speak and give them opportunities to make a difference. Terrific Technology and focus on doing what is right for customers. Knowing that my company stands behind what I bring to customers is amazing. Even though the company has grown, it still has a startup mentality and that is what I enjoy about it.
Cons
It is a growing company. You have to be prepared to deal with change. I think some folks that don't do well are waiting for managers to tell them what to do or can't handle the occassional growing pains.
