      Great atmosphere and culture. In addition, they have snacks and drinks

      Open office plan so it can be distracting when people talk often.

      Workiva Management Will Milk You For All You're Worth

      Pros

      The people I work with are generally very nice and easy to get along with. This does not include management however. You let them trick you into thinking you have a great job, when in actuality its a slave ship.

      Cons

      Talk about being manipulated and taken advantage of. CSMs are the most valuable employees at Workiva since they work directly with customers, yet they are in the lowest paid position at Workiva. Exec's & management could care less if you have to work 70 hours a week for a year. As long as the customers happy, they are happy. The second you give a little slack and try to actually have a life outside of work, that's the second you'll get reamed out by your boss. I was once brainwashed into believing that Workiva appreciated their employees...that could not be farther from the truth. If you enjoy having any sort of a life outside of your career, then DO NOT WORK HERE! Pure Manipulation at its finest.

      Great technology. People are nice reminds me of a fraternity.

      Cons

      Compensation is not aligned with long sales cycle or industry. Software has a lot of potential, but company is becoming Jack of all trades master of none.
