Workiva is amazing! The opportunities, the culture, the people - you name it. Never have I worked in an organization where I feel as valued, respected and integral as I do here. My ideas are considered; I see the input I give affecting change. Collaboration is a way of life here, not just a buzz word. The customers - internal or external - are what drives the organization. The benefits are incredible - very affordable and extremely comprehensive. The options provided allow my family and I the ability to choose our healthcare providers, not be locked into a limited group. 401k administration, time off, holidays, options, new technology... the list goes on and on! As part of the Workiva team, I get to experience career satisfaction was well as fulfilling my roles outside the office. The balance is unmatched!
Cons
New company, growing pains. No more so than any other extremely successful start-up. Wouldn't consider it a con as much as a part of the package.
