- Ability to work indepently as an SC with limited oversight which gives you a lot of responsibility as part of discoveries and demos - Great culture and team atmosphere

Cons

- SC's responsibilities depend a lot on individual Sales Directors and if they let you do your job - sales personnel keeps changing
