      It had a great vision, at one point A decent work-life balance overall Free food?

      Been with Webfilings just over two years. Started out great, just like any romance. But of course, once you get down to the nitty gritty, you realize, ‘Wow! This really sucks!” Was happy, things were going great, then my job expectations started to get blurry, management started to get skewed, and then of course, comes all the lay offs and changes. This company really isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Unfortunately, the management is losing their vision and the company is going downhill fast. Had so much faith in the company, it’s a pity.

      Pros

      WebFiling's culture is simply the best I've been a part of. For a designer in particular, WebFilings is a great place to be. The company is evolving toward a design/UX driven approach where the user's overall experience is paramount. We employ Lean UX, Design Thinking, and other discovery techniques to learn quickly and deploy often. It is a great pace and and amazing experience.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any. Perhaps gaining a bit of weight from the awesome food, but that is countered by the fitness facilities.
