The culture is generally positive, with friendly, inclusive, and collaborative people who genuinely try to help each other

Cons

Business decisions often feel reactive, shortsighted, and aimless, largely due to inexperienced leadership. When more seasoned leaders with diverse experience join, the company tends to resist change—even when it’s clearly for the better—which leads us to repeat the same mistakes.

Pros

Embraced remote and hybrid work since COVID. Friendly to parents. Many great people to work with.

Cons

On top of low pay, the company has put in place restrictive policies related to COVID which negatively impacts culture and actually segregates a large chunk of employees from office access, travel for work, and in-person meetings. This has eroded much of a previously great culture and has left a harsh environment for those who do not agree with the policies.
