      Limited career path, Apathetic leadership, Inconsistent culture

      Pros

      + Good place to start your career + Individual contributors are mostly good people who want to do well and work hard + Good benefits + Plenty of opportunity for improvement + This was my family for 10 years

      Cons

      - Compensation is ok but pay is better elsewhere - Still a young company looking for an identity - Out of startup phase so they have a defined corporate structure - Prefer to hire talent than develop from within (limited career path) - Managers only focused on their own careers, not the careers/lives of their direct reports - Lack of empathy from leadership for employees - No interest in or loyalty to many/most employees

      Genuinely brilliant culture, everyone willing to help each other Interesting product with few direct competitors Stunning Amsterdam office

      Sometime unstructured and poor change management Under-resourced in certain departments (not enough technical experts)
