Pros

Very nice management in most departments. Colleagues are generally patient and positive with consistent support and reinforcement. Lots of acknowledgment when productive.

Cons

Upper-upper management very clique-y and cultish. Low pay. Very low pay. All the positivity for productivity does not translate to anything when not being compensated fairly.
