Zero leadership from management and zero teamwork from coworkers.

Pros

Flexible for students, easy work, wonderful customers.

Cons

Nobody works as a team, nobody wants to train new employees (only complain about them to bolster themself), scheduled way less than available, dirty, disorganized, poor leadership from management and “team”, a lot of favouritism.

I really can't think of a pro, except maybe the access to a gym.

I could write a book on how mismanaged this company is. Like most people who have reviewed this company and who have worked at WPO or who still work for WPO (I'm so sorry if you do), I was fed this great story about how if you work hard, you will get promoted. That couldn't be farther than the truth. I have never seen so much blatant nepotism in my life, to the point where I'm not sure how they get away with it legally. Seriously, if you date someone or are married to someone, you will get fast track promoted. As another reviewer stated, if you are part of the "club" than you will only have to wait six months before moving up. It's absolutely disgusting and this is why this company has gone down hill fast in the past year. I am SO glad I do not work for them anymore. The pay is horrible, they expect you to work whenever they demand it, and you get very few holidays. DON'T DO IT. Seriously. You are not this desperate for a job!
